Peple are the key to companies and in Goierri Valley we are clear about it. At this time when it is more difficult than ever to build talent in our organizations, at Goierri Valley we have worked to deepen the well-being of people in our companies. This paradigm leads us to stop seeing people as a resource. We must attend to their personal, psychological and family needs, beyond economic ones.
According to a study a study by Harvard University, working on the welfare of organizations entails an increase in commitment, creativity and energy, which result in increased productivity, sales and customer satisfaction; in the same way that it reduces job losses, people turnover, absenteeism and defective products in the industry.
In Goierri Valley we have measured the level of well-being of organizations, analyzing the results by company, and segmented by gender, age and professional levels. The areas analyzed were culture and shared strategy, participatory leadership, personal and professional development, work environment, retribution and working conditions. Once these analyses have been carried out, tools have been given to companies to address areas that have shown room for improvement.
