The question answered in the fifth session of the ERALDATUZ programme held yesterday, Tuesday 13 April, was the following:
On Wednesday 10 March we met via Teams to present the conclusions of the Value ShARE project. The presentation was made together with Cristina Martínez and Aritz Otsoa from OPE Consultants.
Today we have reached the core of the ERALDATUZ project - Zazpi pauso hamaika aukera - with the 4th conference held in Igartza. The aim of this session was to talk about high performance teams. As has been done so far in almost all the sessions, Nieves Barahona, member of the InGroup consultancy firm, gave a theoretical introduction to the subject.
To put the participants in context, Nieves encouraged them to share changes in their companies, teams or themselves out loud. How did these changes come about? Who promoted them? Nieves explained that all changes bring more changes. And that the same is happening in our companies.
This afternoon we have learned that innovative culture, shared leadership, respect for the team, digital platforms that allow networking and having the right tools to work as a team are key elements. But, even though these are the key elements, how can we do to be present, generate changes and maintain high performance groups? Here are some of the elements to work on: constant learning, transversal competences, creativity, feedback, emotional intelligence, reflection...
In the second part of the session, we carried out three group exercises. Once again, we left the Igartza Palace with a deep learning experience and many new elements for everyone to put into practice in their own field.
In this third session of the ERALDATUZ project -Zazpi pauso hamaika aukera-, we worked on transformational leadership. The session was dynamic and participative and was attended by 13 people from 9 companies.
